Weaver's syndrome is characterised by excessive growth, large ears, large hands and thumb, protuberant lower lip, hypertelorism, limited knee and elbow extension, kyphosis and mental retardation.

The radiological appearance of this condition is of height and bone age that is much in advance of chronological age.
