The drugs most commonly implicated in SIADH are:

  • thiazide diuretics
  • vincristine
  • vinblastine
  • cyclophosphamide, at high or low dose

Others include:

  • chlorpromamide
  • carbamazepine
  • phenothiazines
  • tricyclic antidepressants
  • clofibrate
  • oxytocin
  • vasopressin
  • morphia
  • barbiturates
  • nicotine
